Bought tickets to see The Reader today with the parents in Ayala Center Cebu. Was asked my age and date of birth. (20, '88)

Kuan man gud ma'am, naay mga bastos nga scenes, said the lady, strikto man gud mi ani.

Hugh Jackman does the "I didn't see the reader" dance in my head.

it ends with a mug of tea

First (kosher) summer day.

Bowl of cereal. Experimented with a radish salad. Skipped rope. Tried a new hair conditioner. Bread, mushrooms and cherry tomatoes. Slumdog with Julian. Got excited over making a pinata. Night at the mall. Tofu.

Forgive me, but I don't know who, what and why Secondhand Serenade is.

Mabuhay loungin'

Slept 3 a.m.-ish at Erika's. They had a fantastic spread that night: Cebu's CNT lechon, a Louis Vuitton-themed vanilla and chocolate fondant cake, pancit, etc.

I love pancit. Pancit is infallible. Pancit for 2010. If I had a thug name, it would probably be "B-Hon". In the house.

But of course, the day's highlight was seeing my dear block mates graduate. Rode the trike, due to the drizzle, with Verne and Yaps. Took a bunch of pre-march photographs and tried to contain my giddiness.

I'll upload everything when I get home.

And business class is funner.

John Legend

Just came from John Legend's show in Araneta. I would like to believe I took kick-ass photographs and videos, but my card reader is busted. FML. I'll upload everything in Cebu. Nevertheless:

the concert was beautiful.

And Block E, the Blue Roast pictures are in my Multiply and Facebook accounts. I'll be taking pictures on Friday as Yaps's 'parent' (haha). Look dapper, and easy on the concealer!

mr. prime minister

I was already in school at eight in the morning outside the Henry Lee Irwin theater, far from the entrance dooors. Organized crime is hard to pull off, at least for me, this early a day, so my purest intention was to get my sister's plane ticket from someone attending the forum.

Guardie #1 by the gate checked my bag with a wooden stick, the kind that doesn't beep. Crossed the pedestrian lane and Guardie #2 inspected I.D. Student po, I said. Finally, Guardie #3 dressed in a white polo barong told me to transfer to the other curb because Mr. Prime Minister was about to arrive.

I saw a couple of men dressed in camouflage behind some trees.

I could have been a threat. I felt dandy.

Now, with Title

WordPress and I shall never belong. I tried following the instructions but nothing worked. I don't even know what a mySQL database is. I don't know my host's e-mail address, so I can't ask. I can't speak (authentic) Geek. I was better at this stuff when I was eleven, struggling with puberty and wanting to marry X-Pac. Now I'm using a program called Qumana. It's free. It also has a WYSIWYG editor for the lazy.

Next week, I have a final exam for Political Science 100, Blue Roast with Block E debauchery at Aila's, John Legend concert, sleepover at Erika's and finally, Shabu City! (See you, all of you).
